It has been asked, "What do atheists say during sex?"
Personally, I must wonder: How often do you feel a need to talk during sex? Particularly just to say that you enjoy it?
"Oh God" hardly conveys any more information than a vague moaning sound...
Furthermore, it is available to the atheist to say, "Oh yes," "Fuck yes," and many other things... indeed, it is available to say "Oh God," albeit insincerely.

Well i'm an atheist and i don't really say much, but if i do its probably just " oh fuck". but i bet i've said oh god before.. its not like im praying, its just an expression.
I'm an atheist and I say "Oh God" a lot. I doubt very much whether religious people who use the term really mean to address their creator.

That's a good point.
Still, it feels weird; I wouldn't want to cry, "Oh, Thor!" even as a figure of speech.

On the other hand, you'd have no problem arranging to meet somebody on Odin's Day or Saturn's Day, would you?

Well, if I called them "youm al-arbi'ah" and "youm as-sabt," most English speakers would not understand. I use the names other people use.
